The Project

What we built, and why.

Berjayapak supplies industrial packaging — from wooden pallets to circular logistics — to manufacturers across Southeast Asia, from operations in Penang, Johor, Selangor and Vietnam. Its buyers are procurement teams at multinationals who shortlist suppliers on capability, scale and proof.

The website’s job is to survive that shortlist: show the full range, the regional footprint and the recognition, and make every location easy to reach.

Design Process

How we approached it.

We wrote the site for a procurement reader: what Berjayapak makes, where it operates and why corporations prefer it — expertise, innovation, quality — in that order, with evidence close to every claim.

The design is industrial and confident: photography of real operations, a clear product taxonomy, and contact details that never make a buyer hunt for the right plant.

Development

Build highlights.

  1. Multi-Location Mapping

Detailed contact and location data for operations across Penang, Johor, Selangor and Vietnam.

  2. Service Catalogue

Structured breakdown of industrial products, from wooden pallets to circular logistics.

  3. News & Awards Integration

Dynamic sections for company achievements — the Golden Bull Award among them — to build social proof.

Problem Solving

Challenges and solutions.

01 Challenge

Presenting a broad industrial range without a wall of products.

Pallets, packaging and logistics services serve different buyers with different specifications.

01 Solution

A catalogue organised by product family.

Each family has its own entry, from wooden pallets to circular logistics, so a buyer reaches their category in one click.

02 Challenge

Making a multi-country operation feel close.

A buyer in Johor and one in Vietnam need different people and different addresses.

02 Solution

Treat location data as a feature.

Every operating site has its own contact and map details, so enquiries reach the right team the first time.

Outcome

Results and impact.

Berjayapak has a corporate presence that matches its regional scale. Procurement teams see the range, the footprint and the industry recognition in one visit and reach the right location directly, while the newsroom keeps the proof current.

Takeaway

Final thoughts.

“In B2B, the website is the first supplier audit. It should pass.”

Industrial buyers want evidence, not adjectives. We structured every page so the next piece of evidence is one scroll away.
