The Project
What we built, and why.
Yes Travel designs trips for companies — company trips, incentive trips, corporate meetings, industrial site visits and team-building getaways — and has done so since 2008. Each trip type is bought by a different person for a different reason: an HR lead rewarding a team, a manager planning a plant visit, an organiser running a conference.
The website had to present a deep catalogue without losing any of those buyers inside it, and turn interest into an enquiry the team can act on.

Visual Work
The design, on every screen.
Design Process
How we approached it.
We organised the site around the trip a company is planning, not around destinations. Each trip type is its own service with its own page and enquiry path; destinations and packages support the decision instead of leading it.
The tone is warm but businesslike — “Redefining Travel” in the hero, then plain answers for the person who has to justify the budget.
Development
Build highlights.

Problem Solving
Challenges and solutions.
01 Challenge
A catalogue too broad for one menu.
Five corporate trip types, plus packages and other trips, could easily bury the service a buyer came for.
01 Solution
Service-first navigation.
Corporate trips are grouped and named by purpose, with other trips kept apart, so each buyer sees their trip type at the top level.
02 Challenge
Corporate clients enquire on different channels.
Some teams email, some call and many simply WhatsApp — every channel has to reach a person.
02 Solution
Omni-channel enquiry routing.
WhatsApp, phone, social and forms are wired into every page, so each buyer reaches the team the way they prefer.
Outcome
Results and impact.
Yes Travel’s catalogue reads like a menu a company can order from: buyers find their trip type in one step, see proof from past journeys and reach an agent on the channel they already use.
Takeaway
Final thoughts.
“Corporate travel is bought by someone with a budget to justify. Give them the answer first.”
Structure did more for this catalogue than visuals. Once each trip type had a clear home, everything else — testimonials, packages, enquiries — had a place to land.
