The Project

What we built, and why.

Alevate brings four retail products under one name: Alevate POS at the counter, Alevate Capital for funding, Alevate CX for loyalty and Alevate Procure for purchasing. Each could stand alone; the business case is that they share data, so a retailer’s sales, customers and suppliers stop living in separate tools.

The website had to explain an ecosystem without turning into a brochure for four companies — with a clear path for the retailer who wants one product today, and room to show how the rest connect later.

Design Process

How we approached it.

We started from the retailer’s question — what do I need first? — rather than from the organisation chart. The homepage states the promise in three words, then introduces the four products as one system, each with a short explanation and its own route to a quote.

Visually the ecosystem shares one language: the same violet, the same card system and the same voice across POS, Capital, CX and Procure, so the products read as parts of one platform rather than four vendors.

Development

Build highlights.

  1. Cloud POS Architecture

Alevate POS — a cloud-flexible system with robust reporting tools and real-time retail insights.

  2. Fintech Integration

Alevate Capital — a KPKT-regulated digital lending platform for microloans and business funding applications.

  3. Loyalty Systems

Alevate CX — an engagement app integrated across POS systems to reward customers and boost retention.

  4. Procurement Platform

Alevate Procure — centralising vendor management and optimising purchasing with real-time data.

Problem Solving

Challenges and solutions.

01 Challenge

Explaining four products without overwhelming a first-time visitor.

POS, lending, loyalty and procurement each have their own audience and jargon; side by side, they invite a retailer to leave and think about it.

01 Solution

One promise first, products second.

“Streamline, scale, succeed” frames the system; each product then answers one job in two sentences, with a single next step.

02 Challenge

Presenting a regulated lender next to software.

Alevate Capital is a KPKT-licensed lender; its pages must carry trust and compliance without slowing the rest of the site down.

02 Solution

Give finance its own, calmer register.

The Capital pages lead with licensing and eligibility, keep the language plain, and keep funding applications apart from software enquiries.

Outcome

Results and impact.

Alevate has a single front door for its whole ecosystem. A retailer can understand the system in a minute and start with the product that fixes today’s problem, and quote requests arrive tied to the product they asked about — so the first sales conversation starts in the right place.

Takeaway

Final thoughts.

“An ecosystem only sells when a customer can start with one piece of it.”

We designed Alevate as a system you can enter through any door. That is the difference between a product suite and a pile of products.

Your platform could be the next one we write up.
