The Project

What we built, and why.

Zenith operates hotels in Kuantan, Putrajaya and Cameron Highlands — a coastal city, the seat of government and a highland retreat — plus Zenith Suites Cameron. Each property has its own guests and its own reasons to visit, but the group sells one standard of hospitality.

The website had to let a guest choose a destination, see what makes that property different and book directly — without four separate sites to maintain.

Design Process

How we approached it.

We built the experience around one decision: which Zenith? The group story frames every property; each destination then opens into its own rooms, dining and experiences.

The booking widget — property, dates, rooms — is always within reach, so a guest who has already decided never has to navigate to book.

Development

Build highlights.

  1. Destination architecture

Kuantan, Putrajaya, Cameron and Zenith Suites, each with its own pages under one brand.

  2. Cross-property booking

One widget to choose the property, dates and rooms.

  3. Dining & experiences

Restaurants and activities presented per property.

  4. Promotions & merchandise

Offers and branded merchandise managed by the group team.

  5. Events

Meeting and celebration spaces with their own enquiry routes.

Problem Solving

Challenges and solutions.

01 Challenge

Four properties, one brand, no duplication.

A site per hotel would split the brand and multiply the maintenance by four.

01 Solution

One platform with destination sections.

Shared templates carry the brand; each property gets its own content, rooms and offers.

02 Challenge

Getting guests to book direct.

Guests often compare on third-party platforms and book there.

02 Solution

Booking on every page.

The booking widget sits in the hero and stays reachable, making direct booking the shortest path.

Outcome

Results and impact.

Zenith manages four properties from one site, and a guest can move from inspiration to a direct booking for the right destination in a single visit.

Takeaway

Final thoughts.

“A hotel group is one promise, kept in different places.”

The architecture did the brand work here: one consistent experience, four distinct destinations, and the booking never more than a tap away.
