The Project

What we built, and why.

The Yard Bukit Raja is a business-industrial development taking shape in Bukit Raja, Selangor, by Armani KLM. Before units are released, the buyers who matter — business owners and investors looking for an operational base — need two things: a reason to believe in the location, and a way to be first in line.

The website is that pre-launch: a short, confident story about the place, the connectivity laid out mode by mode, and one action throughout — register your interest.

Design Process

How we approached it.

For an industrial address, location is the product. We built the page around it: a cinematic opening with the promise — “A place built around business.” — then a strategic-location section with an illustrated map and the distances that decide a logistics-led purchase, grouped by road, air, port and rail.

The look borrows from the development itself: deep olive, warm cream and a refined serif, with one red action colour reserved for “Register interest”, so the call to action is the one thing that never blends in.

Development

Build highlights.

  1. Cinematic opening

Full-bleed artist’s-impression video and the promise in one line.

  2. Connectivity by mode

Road, air, port and rail distances — WCE, NKVE, SHAPADU and Federal Highway; KLIA, Subang, Port Klang, North Port; the ECRL Kapar station targeted for 2028.

  3. Illustrated location map

A custom map of the growth corridor, expandable, with the site marked.

  4. Register-interest flow

Name, phone and email, with a confirmation state that sets expectations for what happens next.

  5. Direct lines

Sales hotline, WhatsApp and the sales gallery address in Shah Alam on every screen.

Problem Solving

Challenges and solutions.

01 Challenge

Selling a development that is still taking shape.

There are no finished buildings to photograph and no units to price yet.

01 Solution

Sell the location and the promise.

Artist’s impressions are labelled as such, and the case is carried by connectivity — facts a buyer can check.

02 Challenge

Turning early curiosity into a qualified list.

Pre-launch interest is easy to lose before the sales team can follow up.

02 Solution

One action, everywhere.

“Register interest” sits in the header, the hero and the closing section, with a short form and a clear confirmation — plus WhatsApp for those who would rather talk.

Outcome

Results and impact.

The Yard Bukit Raja has a pre-launch presence that makes the location case in one scroll and turns interest into a registered list the sales team can work, ahead of the first release.

Takeaway

Final thoughts.

“Before there is a building, the location is the product.”

A pre-launch site earns its keep by doing two things well: making the place believable, and making the first step effortless.
